Join Women Coaching Racquet Sports (WCRS) and the Racquet Sports Professionals Association (RSPA) for a FREE professional development opportunity designed to bring coaches together to learn, share experiences, and explore practical ideas they can use in their programs.

We will gather outdoors at Pinzimini Restaurant at The Westin Rancho Mirage for two hours of engaging discussions and professional connections. Lunch will be provided.

Topics We'll Explore

• Programming for Large Groups: Creative ways to organize, manage, and engage larger groups while keeping everyone active and learning.

• Different Playing Formats: Explore fresh approaches to programming that create variety, encourage participation, and make the game more enjoyable for players of different abilities.

• Mental Training for the Novice and the Contender: Discover how mental skills can help players build confidence, stay focused, handle challenges, and grow, whether they are just beginning or competing at a higher level.

• Open Q&A: Bring your questions, share your experiences, and exchange ideas with fellow professionals.
