WCRS Her Serve: Growing for the Next Phase is a national leadership conference designed to educate, inspire, and connect women coaches while creating opportunities for the next generation of female leaders in racquet sports. Building on successful WCRS events across the country, conference topics may include Building Your Brand, Beyond Leadership: What's Holding Us Back?, Empowering Yourself, Communicating with Teen Girls, Growing Girls' Participation in Sports, Leadership Development, Mental Wellness, Creating Inclusive Programs, and Pathways to Coaching and RSPA Certification. Participants will hear from experienced coaches, industry professionals, and emerging leaders while engaging in interactive discussions, networking, and professional development.

As part of WCRS Her Serve: Growing for the Next Phase, we will also host a FREE beginner tennis clinic for girls ages 8–14. Led by certified female coaches and mentors, the clinic will introduce participants to the fundamentals of tennis in a fun, welcoming, and encouraging environment. More importantly, girls will experience the confidence, friendships, and positive female role models that inspire a lifelong love of sports, leadership, and community.
