Kelly Marshall is the President of the Racquet Sports Professionals Association (RSPA) Texas Division and a nationally respected leader in racquet sports with more than 30 years of coaching and industry experience. She currently serves as Director of Racquet Sports at Onion Creek Club in Austin, Texas, where she oversees comprehensive tennis and pickleball programming with a focus on player development, professional excellence, and community growth.

Kelly is a RSPA Master Professional and serves as a Pickleball Coach Developer, mentoring and educating coaches across the state. She holds PPR Professional and PPR Certified credentials and is widely recognized for her ability to bridge on-court expertise with off-court leadership, strategic thinking, and organizational development.

Known for her collaborative leadership style and forward-thinking approach, Kelly is passionate about developing professionals, strengthening pathways for coaches, and advancing the racquet sports industry throughout Texas and beyond.
